Our Sustainability goals are aligned with our commitment to a more sustainable future for our employees and our planet…
- We have long been advocates of Hybrid Working with Four Days per week working from home and one day allocated for Office based Team building. Working from home allows our employees improved work / life balance and reduces our Carbon Footprint with an 80% reduction in the need to commute
- When traveling to client sites we endeavour to use Public Transport (where feasible) for 100% of our journeys
- Promote the use of “Virtual Meetings” both internally and with our customers and suppliers
- Our Vehicle fleet is currently based on either fully Electric or Plug in Hybrid vehicles only with a commitment for all vehicles to be 100% electric by 2027
- All packaging for goods procured is recycled wherever possible
- We work with our customers and suppliers to reduce their environmental impact by reusing, recycling, or refurbishing end-of-life products rather than disposal into Landfill
By investing in new Applications and moving our processes into the Cloud we have set ourselves a target of being a 100% Paperless Business by the end of 2025.
